About the Event


The Property Industry Foundation invites you to join our Brisbane Charity Sailing Cup to raise money to build homes for homeless and at-risk young people. 

 This is a unique opportunity for client entertainment, business networking and relationship building – all while making a difference to young people who are homeless and at-risk of homelessness. 


Date – Friday (date) 

Time – 10am - 6pm  

Venue – Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron (RQYS), 578 Royal Esplanade, Manly QLD 4179. 



Event day  



       Bus 1 departs from Riparian Plaza for RQYS 


       Bus 1 arrives at RQYS 


       Official Registration opens 


       Bus 2 departs from Riparian Plaza for RQYS 


       Bus 2 arrives at RQYS 


       Official Welcome by RQYS Commodore and PIF Queensland Chairman and safety briefing by Sailing Master 


       Guests board yachts and on-board safety briefing by Yacht Owner/ Skipper 


       Lunch on board, preparation for race 


       10 minute race warning gun 


        Race begins! 

Approx. 3.30pm 

        Arrive back to Marina - official After-party commences

What's included?  

Your corporate entry includes – 

  • A racing yacht (for 6 team members) and an experienced sailing crew 

  • Corporate branding of your yacht (2 railing banners) 

  • Catered lunch + beverages on board 

  • Ticket to the official After-party – including food, drinks and entertainment

  • Trophies will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd places 

  • Prize for best-dressed corporate team 

  • Sailing experience not required 


Yacht owners  

Each year, yacht owners generously donate the use of their yachts so that the Charity Sailing Cup can raise as much money as possible.  Without them, the event would not exist.
